The automatic rail inspection systems from bvSys combine precise error detection with a high working speed. They allow periodic and economical track inspection with minimum disruptions to the regular rail traffic. Damage can therefore be detected at an early stage so that in several cases the service life of the rails can be greatly prolonged through preventive measures.
All systems offer:
- a high inspection speed
- precise detection of even the smallest of faulty structures
- assignment of the individual images to the track data to the nearest metre
- simple and intuitive operation
The systems can be mounted individually or in combination on any carrier vehicle. The data from all of the connected test systems are stored digitally in the Central Data Acquisition Unit (CDA unit). During recording, and at the end of the trip, the results of the inspections can be evaluated and documented either together or separately according to the systems.
The systems can be assigned to the sections of Track Inspection and Overhead Line Inspection.
Track Inspection
To grant a scheduled and permanent service the track system needs to be inspected on a frequent and revealing basis.
Information of the individual, modular inspection systems can be found here:
- 3rd RailPositionCheck
- CrackCheck
- HeadCheck
- JointCheck
- ProfileCheck
- RailCheck
- RailScan
- VegetationCheck
Overhead Line Inspection
To grant a scheduled and permanent service the overhead line system needs to be inspected on a frequent and revealing basis.
